Evaluation Question 3: What have you learned from your audience feedback?
My audience feedback has helped me all the way through the making o my A2 media product, this audience feedback has allowed me to show people my ideas and let them tell me what they like about the products and what they do not like. From all this information that I get I can make my products look more professional and hopefully improve them so that they fit the target audience that I had chosen and get there attention.
From the final audience feedback on my print products I changed the drafts that I already had in order to make the products shown below.

Poster
This is a professional poster that I compared to my poster. However although this film poster looks similar the positioning of my texts are different, but I think that my poster looks better the way that it is opther than changing it so that it fits the forms and conventions.
Poster Draft
This is the draft for the poster of my film, this is the drawn image that I have done with the texts in place and this will give me an idea of how to take my image. I have chosen the texts for this very carefully for what I want my poster to look like and what idea of the film I want to get across to the target audience that I have chosen.

Practise Shots for Poster
This shot above was the first shot that I took in order to see what my photo will have top look like, in order to have the desired effect on the target audience that I want my poster to have. However, I think that this photo was not the best photo that I took, the positioning is ideal, obviously this isn't costume that will be used for my ghost. But taking this photo has made me think about possibly having the other villain like this possibly. When I do the real thing I will edit the photo so that it looks darker or either take the photo later at night which will be ideal.
This is then a photo that I took after taking the first photo, this is a better image as it looks more like the image from my flat plan. It is framed in a lot better that the previous image which is a good improvement, and has benefited me looking at this. Again the lighting and the costume will be changed and also I would like there not to be a shadow on the wall which I am going to have to look into on photoshop, which I am sure can be done.
I then found this location which I think would also work very well for my poster, this image has worked well as I think that the lighting is a lot better than what I had on the other images, and also this image looks supernatural or at least it can be portrayed as supernatural, this is because the light allows us to only see the silhouette which would make the audience be curious about who this is? Which is what effect that I would like to have on the audience.

Magazine Cover Prep
Above is the model that I used for the eye shot that I took.
This is the shot that I cut and edited in order to make the main image for the magazine cover that I am making. In order to make this look like what i wanted it to, I used the desaturate tool on photoshop, and also I had to use the magic wand to change the colours of the eyes.

Soundtracks
This song is ideal for the soundtrack for my film trailer, this is because it has a sense of sadness, and also I think that it will give me the correct effect on my trailer, although I would have to edit it so that can have scary parts in the song with higher pitch screams etc. at the right time so that they have the effect that I want on my audience.
I have also used the software, Garageband in order to create some sounds for my film that I think will be good for my trailer, however this has not gone to well for me, this is because I have found that using this is hard to get the acquired effect that I want.
Make-up Research
For the ghost part in my trailer i need to loom into the make up for this in order to make the film look realistic, which i have found a video on youtube video which will be very helpful for me. And will try and duplicate and take pictures and judge wether or not this will be the right make up that i need.

This tutorial shows how to make a person look like the grudge which is an ideal look for what i want my ghost to look like on my trailer.
Costume & Props for trailer
These are some of my ideas for what i would like my actors to be wearing, for this i will need to get people that are trendy and like to wear these clothes and that have got the money to be able to buy these clothes, or already own similar clothes.
These are some ideas that I have had for my characters costumes for males, these are all based on the target audience that i am aiming at, these clothes are all clothes that are stereotypically associated with males around the ages 15-24.
Below are some of the props and clothes that the villain will be wearing and using.

Costume & Props for Poster
These were the crops and props that I thought that I was going to use for my poster, but instead I chose to have the male killer on as the photo so quite simply all that I needed for this was the shot of the male with a black hoody on, which made it look like a silhouette.

Flat Plan of Magazine & Poster
This was the layout that I drew in order to get the idea of what I want my poster to look like. I included things that I need like the title, ratings and quotes, release date, credits and actors, website, tag lines and the positioning of the photo. I have not got all the information that I need so then i have drew below what the image i want to look like and have done all the bits that I know.
This is the flat plan for what I would like to have my magazine cover to look like.

Font Research
These are some of the fonts that I have looked at for my magazine title and looking at these fonts I realised what I need for my font. All these fonts that I have chosen are what I was looking for, as they would all make a good title for my magazine. After a lot of thought into which font that I want to use, I chose the Shaun of the Dead title, this is because it has got the horror connotations that I wanted for the magazine.
The below fonts are what I have looked at for the Exclusive part on my front cover and will have 2 different fonts, they all have there own different good and bad points. I like the Broken ghost and the pulse virgin best out of them all as they are more sophisticated and I think thy look better than just having a plain font. So I have chosen, the fonts; Broken Ghost and Pulse Virgin, which will work for my magazine I think.

Ideal Locations
These below are some ideal locations that I would like to have in my trailer, and I will be looking into these ideas. Some of these will be difficult to get hold of but I will try and sort them out as i think that these will benefit my trailer as they are ideal for my trailer as they all associated with the genre as a scary scene.
Above is an old abandoned classroom, this is an iconic scene for a horror film as thee horror i'm doing will be like a supernatrual haunting as so it begins. I am already looking into these locations and have looked into the schools around my area but none of which are old enough inside to be able to portray this so i may have to use an old abandoned house which is accessable. I already have a place in mind and have thought about using the old abandoned farm house situated in chilton which will be ideal as it looks issolated.
This staircase was an image that I obtained from google, this is another iconic scene from a horror film. This will be a good scene to use in my trailer, as it will be "spine chilling" as the effect of it looking old makes it spooky and with the corerect sound over will scare the target audience and will have a very good effect on my trailer.
With my film being about teenagers that are at college/university the train station will be a good location in order to get a few shots. the lighting in a train station at night is usually quite spooky. However in order to get these shots i will have to ask for the permissions which may be difficult to get but i am looking into. And i am considering using darlington train station, newcastle and durham also which will be ideal as they are all local. However none of these look slightly like the image above, they are older looking. Below is a shot of newcastle train station;
